Moody Maroon

This is an outfit that is perfect for those days that are just blah. Some days if you're not feeling so great but still want to look presentable, there's a solution.Wearing darker colors! Deeper tones like dark purple and red definitely give you a mellow vibe without appearing sloppy.I paired this simple black dress with a maxi kimono making the outfit look much more classy and sleek. This is a great rainy day outfit and if you don't feel like wearing bright colors. The maroon is still muted but definitely not as harsh as a black kimono would be.

Spring fever

Although winter has only begun, I'm getting major spring fever! With all of the pretty colors and amazing weather (No snow!) in spring, what's not to love? This outfit is great all year around because of it's neutral colors and basics underneath. I paired this military inspired jacket with a simple v-neck and jeans for a laid back feel. The brown boots are a great look and are very durable for all types of weather! You can easily adjust the ensemble to be wearable for the weather by simply adding a cardigan underneath with a black scarf.

Bundled up

My style ninety-nine percent of the time is all about comfort! Big scarves are a great way to make an outfit look chic and more time spent. I paired mine with a basic pair of black jeans and a denim jacket that definitely gives off a casual yet classy vibe. This outfit is also great for pulling off the " I have nothing to wear yet want to look presentable" look (I do it all the time!). I kept the jewelry very simple as usual and put my hair up to show-off more of the scarf.

Black on Black

Hello, my name is Gabrielle and this is officially my first blog post! I hope everyone had a great winter break and New Years. I started off the new year with a classic black on black outfit. I love the simplicity of this ensemble and how easy it is to slip on and go! With no jewelry on,cutout shoes and a nice hat tied the whole look together. Put on red lipstick to dress it up or leave your makeup nice and simple for an everyday casual vibe. Black is timeless (also helps with hiding the extra holiday food pounds!) and makes you look like you put more effort into your outfit than you actually did!

I'd love to read your feedback and comments!
